Deeplinkify does not require an account and does not save generated links in a user database. Some URLs, especially shortened Amazon links, may be sent to the server only to resolve the final destination before generating the deep link. Normal hosting infrastructure may also produce temporary technical logs.

2. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated data such as:

• Pages visited and time spent on each page
• Referral source (how you found the site)
• General geographic region (country or city level, not precise location)
• Device type, browser, and operating system
• Custom events (e.g., when a deep link is generated or copied)

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. You can opt out by:

• Using a browser extension such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Adjusting your browser cookie settings to block third-party cookies

3. Cookies

Deeplinkify itself does not set any first-party cookies. The only cookies placed on your device come from Google Analytics, as described above.

4. Deep Link Redirection

When someone clicks a Deeplinkify link (a URL starting with deeplinkify.eu/dl/), the page attempts to open the Amazon app on the user's device. If the app is not installed, the link falls back to the Amazon website. This redirection happens client-side in the browser. We do not log or store click data on our servers for these redirects.

5. Amazon Associates Program

Deeplinkify is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

If you generate a deep link from an Amazon URL that already contains an affiliate tag, that tag is preserved in the generated link. For more details on how affiliate tracking works with deep links, see our content on the main site.

6. Third-Party Links

Deep links generated by Deeplinkify redirect to Amazon. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of Amazon or any other third-party sites.

7. Children's Privacy

Deeplinkify is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

8. Data Storage and Security

Since we do not collect personal data or store links, there is no user database to secure. The site is served as static files. Analytics data is managed by Google under their own security practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
