These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Deeplinkify, available at deeplinkify.eu. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. What Deeplinkify provides
Deeplinkify is a free tool that generates links designed to open Amazon product pages in the Amazon app when possible, with a fallback to the Amazon website.
Tracked links and the core dashboard can be used without login through an anonymous workspace in the current browser. Login is free and is required for organizations and custom domains. Deeplinkify does not offer paid product features.
Deeplinkify is provided as a best-effort service. App-opening behavior depends on the user's device, browser, operating system, installed apps, Amazon behavior, and the platform where the link is opened.
2. Anonymous workspace access
Access to an anonymous workspace depends on the strictly necessary session cookie stored by the browser. If cookies or site data are cleared, a private session ends, the browser removes storage, or you change browser, profile, or device before logging in, Deeplinkify may be unable to verify that you own that workspace. The shared links can continue redirecting, but dashboard access may not be recoverable without a previously linked login identity. You are responsible for logging in if you need cross-browser access or recovery.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee that a Deeplinkify link will always open the Amazon app, preserve affiliate tracking in every environment, increase conversions, generate commissions, or remain compatible with every Amazon URL or social platform.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the links you create and share. You are also responsible for complying with all rules and laws that apply to your use of Deeplinkify, including:
- Amazon Associates Program policies and operating agreements
- Platform rules for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, email, ads, and messaging apps
- Advertising, consumer protection, and affiliate disclosure requirements
- Any local laws that apply to your content or business
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Deeplinkify to create or distribute misleading, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, or harmful links. You may not attempt to interfere with the service, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it as a proxy for unrelated traffic.
6. Third-party services
Deeplinkify links point to Amazon or other third-party environments involved in opening those links. We do not control Amazon, mobile operating systems, browsers, social apps, or their privacy and tracking practices.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Deeplinkify participates in the Amazon Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. See the Affiliate Disclosure for more information.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Deeplinkify at any time. We may also update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
